Data quality is a much bigger problem than you might think. Many RevOps problems are actually data quality problems.
The three levels of data quality are:
Technical Quality:The baseline level of data quality that provides general data hygiene (i.e. “the data looks correct”).
Operational Quality:The functional level of data quality that makes the data useful (i.e. “the data allows your business processes to work correctly”)
Strategic Quality:The strategic level of data quality that makes the data timely and impactful (i.e. “the data allows your org to make the right GTM-related decisions”)
